Just Act Partners is taking the "initiative" or "project" work out of equity and walking along clients side by side to show them how to walk the talk, but even further, to fundamentally change the way of doing business for the greater good of the entire workforce. Juatise beautifully explains that while it's not any one person's fault that we are where we are, but that it's all of our responsibility to change it.
