In this episode of Women Making Moves, host Amy Pons speaks with Jingjin, a pioneering entrepreneur and founder of Elevate Group, dedicated to advancing women's inclusion and social justice across Asia and the world.
Jingjin shares her journey from co-founding ASBO, transforming rural agriculture in China, and launching Zsa Zsa Zsu, Asia's first sexual wellbeing hub, to her role as the youngest global marketing director.
The conversation dives into the origins of Zsa Zsa Zsu, sexual wellness, inclusivity in the workplace, and breaking societal norms. Jingjin's mission is to empower women to thrive and reach their full potential. They also discuss the challenges women face in male-dominated environments, the importance of confidence both in the bedroom and the boardroom, and the need for systemic change to support women's empowerment.
Jingjin also talks about her new program, 'The Private Circle,' aimed at senior executive women to help them navigate power and politics in the corporate world.
