Joelle Payom is an international activist for justice - justice for peace...and this is always her focus. Amid this focus, she zooms in on and advocates for workplace safety. In this episode, we explore not only the need for legislation, but that also, violence (including abuse, trauma, mobbing, harassment, discrimination) is so deeply systemic and a humanitarian issue. While the law could help hold entities accountable, it still comes down to the individual.
