Today I am joined by Dr Alice Holly, Technical Sales Manager at Cambridge Bioscience.
In today's episode we talk about:
- How Alice went about asking work to pay for her coaching, and to her surprise, just how delighted they were to support her.
- The result of reordering her life values, so that vitality is now in top spot, instead of career. You might assume it would mean a decrease in focus and productivity at work, but actually, the opposite is true.
- Being able to speak up in the boardroom and get ideas across in a way that is really listened to.
- Using bridging rituals to help form strong boundaries between home and work, to be fully present in the evening, for the people and things that mean most to her.
