Inspiring Stories 024 - Dr Ciara Keating - CLIENT STORY When we are anxious and overwhelmed, unfortunately the situation does not stay linear, it gets worse over time.
In today's episode we talk to Dr Ciara Keating, postdoc at Glasgow University about her coaching journey and how a 70hr week was affecting her health and how she set boundaries with her time as well as people to manage the diagnosis of endometriosis and fibromyalgia.
She also discusses the challenges she faced surrounding her confidence and the application of non-confrontational conversation templates such as saying no, asking for what you need and boundary setting were invaluable.
Ciara is now a big advocate for leaning into your network and supporting yourself through coaching and therapy when needed.
