Today I talk to Dr Kaneenika Sinha, Associate Professor of Mathematics at the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research in Pune.
In this episode Kaneenika talks about how she applied her mathematical methods to her own life when faced with anxiety and overwhelm to determine what was the biggest problem to tackle that would have the greatest impact in her life which led to coaching with me and implementation of the time and energy secrets system.
We discuss the impact of using the system and her favourite tools and how she learnt to value herself thorugh coaching to be able to speak up and set boundaries with both her time and people.
Finally, she gives invaluable advice as to what to do if you are thinking of working with me.
