In this episode, I'm joined by Dr Catherine Holden, Platform Lead in Automation Chemistry at Syngenta. When I first started coaching Catherine, as the main earner in her household with a young child she was feeling very anxious about making the right next choice in her career and found herself at a career crossroads.
During this episode we discuss how she used the coaching tools to choose between a successful research fellowship and a senior scientist position at Syngenta.
How coaching has had a profound impact not only on herself but how she raises her children and how using the tools has led to two internal promotions at Syngenta, one of which happened on her second maternity leave.
Catherine has a big heart and a big vision and I can't wait for you to hear her story.
