Jane Carey GAICD Founder, Carey Advisory | Non-Executive Director Jane Carey is a business coach, advisor and experienced board director with a passion for helping organisations grow with clarity and purpose.
As the former CEO of Edge Recruitment Jane brings over 25 years of leadership experience across business ownership, strategic planning and team management. In 2023 Jane and her husband flipped their life, selling a majority share in their business and then travelled around Australia for 9 months.
Today Jane runs an advisory business offering tailored coaching and consulting services to help guide business owners through the chaos and complexity of running a business. Jane holds a Bachelor of Business (Employment Relations), is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has been a finalist in the Telstra Business Awards.
Having a lifelong connection to rural Australia, Jane has a particular interest in supporting agricultural and regional enterprises. A mum of 3, when she’s not working Jane is usually outdoors,hiking up a hill or tending to her chooks and garden.
