Nicole Wegman, Founder and CEO, Ring Concierge (https://ringconcierge.com/), a NYC-based DTC luxury jeweler that has built an impressive company on a bespoke bridal business alongside a more accessible fine jewelry collection. Nicole launched the company back in 2013 when she was in her late 20s after realizing the diamond and jewelry industries have historically been dominated by men. She was profitable from year one, and over the past 8+ years, she has never taken outside funding. Ring Concierge aims to be the Tiffany's of this generation.
