What happens when you catch up with a triathlete the day after an iron-distance? You spend the majority of a podcast talking about food! I chatted and laughed a lot with Jocelyn McCauley the day after this year's Ironman New Zealand in March, and the conversation always seemed to come back to food. So much so, that she told me about a holiday her family invented called "Pie Day," and boy do I want a piece of that day! We also chat about how her daughter thinks that all Mummies spend time on their bikes, and all Daddies spend time in front of the computer. That's her norm, and we love it!
