We spoke with Mel Hauschildt in November last year as she was starting to finally come good again after a rough year or two with injuries and surgeries - have you heard her story?!?! Good thing we chat about it. At the time we spoke she was preparing for Ironman 70.3 Western Sydney and Ironman Western Australia - both of which she won! It appears that Mel is well and truly back in the Haus! But on top of that we discussed a plethora of things from her involvement in Steeplechase being included for women in the Goodwill Games and beyond, plus a lot of chatter about chocolate.
