Lisa Norden - Older Women With Chihuahuas

Gosh I loved catching up with Lisa. The first time I met her, I was actually quite nervous - she was after all (well still is), an Olympic medalist, and played a huge role in the greatest Olympic triathlon finish ever! But, she was so lovely, humble and welcoming. Catching up over this episode was greatness! She got into the sport because of her Mum's mid-life crisis - that's her words - and a trip to Australia before she went to uni and became boring - that's her Mum's words. One of her favourite quotes is "nothing builds confidence like doing the work," and I feel it sums her up perfectly.
