Felix Walchshoefer - Passion, It's In His Blood

This is only the second time we've had a Supportive Dude on our podcast, and it fills me with glee to welcome Felix Walchshoefer, CEO of Challenge Roth. This weekend I would have been at Challenge Roth (my second home) covering the event, and catching up with dear friends from across the globe. I've said it before, it's my favourite event, and a large reason why, is because of Felix. In our chat we talk about the history of the event, and his experience from a volunteer as a kid to the CEO at such a young age after his father passed away. I also find out that he wanted to be a pilot, that he forgot to eat the day before he competed in his own event, and we reminisce about the first time we met, when I punched him.
