Soul is back in Winnipeg! Three members of the city's newest soul merchants,[ Last Chance Gang](http://www.facebook.com/lastchancegang), are on the podcast to talk about their new group, breathing new life into an old sound, and adding a Winnipeg flavour to get-on-yer-feet R&B!
