Terra (@terraperanteaux) shares her journey of discovering freebirth before she became a mom, using the preconception time to learn, research, and step into greater trust for her first birth and motherhood experience. She tells the tale of her first freebirth but we also discuss many topics like treating babies with respect (because they are human beings not objects), resolving a tongue tie with just fascia work, preparing very well for postpartum, intuitive mothering, and how she notices her mind wanting to be a being a victim to her baby... but she takes radical responsibility instead!
