McKenna shares her empowering story of starting the healing journey at age 16 because of porn addiction. Her family's generational trauma and patterns were then revealed and she radically committed to healing herself for herself, her marriage, and future children. She discusses how the culmination of her childhood trauma and porn addiction effected her brain programming in regards to being a woman and sex. She also highlights the significance of rebuilding relationships while utilizing boundaries for balance and protection.
