Show Notes
Relationships constantly change between feeling connected to your partner and then feeling disconnected. When we feel connected, we WANT to cooperate and act as a team with our partner. We want to help them! We’re loving in every way. But then when we feel disconnected, we don’t want to cooperate. We don’t feel loving; we feel quite the opposite. We want to tantrum, or nag, or criticize. Well, children feel the same way when they feel disconnected with their parent! The root of cooperation is a connected, loving bond! Our responsibility is learning how to foster connection with our partner or child!
