Jules (@jules_alma) a holistic doula and yoni mapping guide, shares her story of body disconnection to reconnection after engaging with the medical system when she was 17 years old for a microperforated hymen. She quickly felt jaded about the System, but everything changed when she had her IUD removed at 20 years old: she realized that she was on a pharmaceutical induced dream-state on birth control. This began her quest and life passion for the female body, birth and the power of our sexuality! We discuss the power of listening and connecting to our yoni, why women feel sex is a "chore," and how birth always provides the perfect "medicine" for growth.
