Jon and I just finished a 7 day parasite cleanse which also required a 7 day pre and post diet
It was transformational to our health and we feel beyond amazing
My point in sharing this personal experience is because I know others are sometimes afraid of doing the hard things like cleansing or showing up or sharing the medicine on their heart
