As the spring turkey season comes to a close here in Wisconsin, it’s a good time to reflect on the ups and downs of our season. You can learn a lot from your successes, but you can learn even more from your failures. That’s good news, because if you’re like most turkey hunters, your failures far out number your kills.
On this episode the Wisconsin Sportsman Podcast, Josh sums up his turkey season. While it was the least productive season he’s had in Wisconsin so far, he learned a lot of lessons about calling, making moves on birds, and general woodsmanship.
