The Bucks wrapped up their regular season last night and look forward to opening the playoffs against Detroit.  Grant continues to appreciate the way Coach Bud handled the last few weeks despite all the variables and challenges on his plate. The Brewers have completed only 5% of their season, but this weekend's series felt like it meant a little more.  What did it mean for both teams? Thon Maker has requested a trade from the Bucks, Grant and the listeners seem to agree: neither side is to blame, and Maker's request isn't entirely unreasonable (regardless of whether or not the Bucks oblige it). The Bucks 31-12 record is impressive, but Giannis and co. are showing some characterisitcs of a contending team: undefeated in games following a loss, undefeated against teams who have previously beaten them, and a winning record on the road.  These habits should give Buck's fans confidence that this won't just be a regular season flash in the pan.   The Brewers would be wise to bring back Wade Miley, it's a good situation for both parties.  See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
