Is there such a thing or are they buzzwords? We sat down with Rebecca Hopkins to find out. Hopkins is a PR and communication specialist, who has worked in wine for nearly 30 years. In 2018, she launched A Balanced Glass, an online community providing tools to maintain a healthy lifestyle while working in the beverage industry.
