The Chicago Bears were surrounded with a lot of Russell Wilson-hype the first half of March, but have followed that up with Andy Dalton and some underwhelming free agent acquisitions. Why has this offseason been so uninspiring from Chicago so far? Well, because they are still working towards bringing in a quarterback from the Pacific Northwest.
