The Chicago Bears had a busy January. After deciding to retain Matt Eberflus, they made changes to the offensive staff, hired Shane Waldron, brought in Eric Washington as defensive coordinator and oh yeah, we keep moving towards a decision on what they will do at quarterback in 2024. Courtney Cronin of ESPN joins to discuss all that as well as the NFC and AFC Championship games and what the Bears can learn from the successes and failures from those games!
