The Texas 18th Congressional District used to be the district of Sheila Lee Jackson. Now it is wide open and 48% latino. Carmen Maria Montiel tells her story of growing up in Venezuala and seeing her home Country fall to Liberals and Communist. She legally immigrated to the United States, became a citizen, and is now running for this Congressional seat to help save America from the people here who want to turn it into what happened to her Country of birth.
