<p>After a few months of traveling and searching for my own spark, I’m back with an episode that felt like a missing puzzle piece: a deep dive with <strong>Jacky Herder</strong>, the powerhouse founder of <strong>People for People</strong> in Madeira. Jacky shares her incredible journey from DDR roots and "fear coaching" to building a global village where kids actually lead their own learning… proving that when we stop trying to "fix" our children and start deschooling our own systemic fears, true freedom begins. We’re talking about breaking the cycle of "stupid-making" systems and rediscovering the unique gifts our kids were born with, so grab a coffee (and maybe some tissues) for this one.
