Wise Communication
In this episode, Andrew reflects on the 3rd factor of the Buddha's eightfold path, "Wise Speech". We explore some of the traditional teachings -- around honesty, refraining from gossip, speaking only what is useful to a conversation -- and we also look a little deeper at other aspects of communication that are more subtle or nuanced.
