November is Veterans Month, and we know Connecticut is home to some incredible non-profits dedicated to supporting veterans. But did you know the American Red Cross isn’t just an organization about blood donations and responding in natural disasters? Apparently, the Red Cross specifically serves hundreds of thousands of military and veteran families through the Hero Care Network. We spoke with Steve Branch, Senior Director of Military and International Services for the Red Cross Connecticut and Rhode Island Region.
