Chad Wattler is one of the original hosts of the RPG podcast Fear the Boot. As a child he juggled savage beatings from neighborhood bullies, both parents that worked very long hours, and a treasure trove of board games without friends with whom to play. Eventually Chad fought back, found the tribe, and discovered a lifelong friend in co-host Dan Repperger. He describes a high school role playing experience that sounds downright John Hughesian. Chad fails his Will save and gets emotional, plus he challenges me on my gaming related control issues.
