Brett Condit is a manager, and veritable Jack-of-all-Trades, working the hobby retail chain The Fantasy Shop outside St. Louis. He’s a baby-faced child of the 90s that grew up an outsider. Brett’s first D&D character ever was killed by the camel he was trying to ride. He’s someone who sincerely values his life whose positivity is enviable. We talk customers versus visitors, how the retail hobby game is tougher than you may think, and we advocate leading by example.
