This episode features Lisa Ann Adams, Founder and Owner, Collectives Inc. and Artisan Plumbing Inc. Lisa shares her courage journey from moving to a new area to grow her family's plumbing business to starting a Facebook group that has grown to many groups in 7 different states with over 71,000 members. After many sleepless nights scrolling on social media and being overwhelmed with the negativity, Lisa decided to start the Loudoun County Social Collectives group. This group is focused on helping each other further career goals, strengthen personal relationships and achieve success in our lives through sharing our thoughts, skills and recommendations with each other. It is a positive group and will uplift and inform each other in order to become assets to each other and our community. Lisa also hosts events that raises money for non-profits in the local community. As of the recording of this podcast the social collectives have raised over $300,000. Lisa encourages us to listen to that voice that wakes you up in the middle of the night and say "Why Not Today?"
