Rob shares his courage journey from a young age of wanting to build a business to now owning CAZA Company which includes 10 different businesses. We talked about how Rob had a successful business owner who was a mentor and how much he learned from him. Rob then started his 1st business with a college friend and left his job to pursue being an entrepreneur. Rob has created The GRID Investor Community which currently has over 40,000 members with 40 groups throughout the country. We talked about how we are just ONE relationship away from changing your life. Rob shared his philosophy that relationships will take you where money won't. We had such a great conversation about having fun, giving back, encouraging others and how discipline gives you freedom! I am always amazed at how much Rob continues to accomplish!
