วันที่ 22 พฤษภาคม เวลาประมาณ 20.35 น. หลังจากปิดหีบเลือกตั้งผู้ว่ากทม. ลงไปประมาณ 3 ชั่วโมงครึ่ง นาย ชัชชาติ สิทธิพันธุ์ ขึ้นกล่าวขอบคุณ อาคาร Stadium One ซึ่งเป็นสำนักงานใหญ่ พร้อมเสียงปรบมือและตะโกนต้อนรับ แม้จนถึงปัจจุบันยังไม่มีการรับรองจาก กกต. แต่ผลการนับคะแนนเบื้องต้น ระบุว่า ชัชชาติได้คะแนนเสียงรวมไปมากที่สุด
