He then goes on to talk about anticipating being off on predictions for after repair value (ARV) and how to still be successful in the flipping business. Norton also discusses the current state of the real estate market, including the fact that there is not enough supply to meet demand and the role of hedge funds in the market. He advises listeners on how to successfully navigate the market and make money flipping houses, including focusing on buying right and having the right financing in place.
