Started training in Aikido when she was 14 years old, martial arts never got out of her lifestyle ever since. Miss Robynn Murray had trained with multiple disciplines such as Krav Maga, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, as well as combat grappling when she served in Iraq. Ms. Robynn Murray's time in Iraq is nothing short of interesting. However, she suffered PTSD like most of the soldiers coming from the Iraq war and her story was featured in the Academy Award-nominated documentary, Poster Girl. In this episode, Miss Robynn Murray tells in detail her personal battles with violence, her experience in Iraq, her battle with PTSD, Mental Health, and a whole LOT more.
