This episode is with Vermont tae kwon do instructor & school owner Master Joe Lenahan. Master Lenahan and I have been friends for many years and I'm lucky enough to train with him from time to time. He's been training quite a long time and is truly passionate about martial arts. Unlike many of our guests, he's a quiet person and it took a little convincing to get him on the show. But I'm glad that we did as he had great stories and insights to share, as I knew he would.
