If the plan goes ahead, overseas TV rights would be negotiated collectively for the first time since the Premier League was created in 1992.
EFL clubs will receive an £88 million bonus payment from the Premier League this season, and it's anticipated that 'solidarity payments' would double.
One sticking point, though, is that Premier League clubs would retain parachute payments…
