  • When we look at the habits and choices we make around food/fitness (or anything really) we can’t just look at the choices themselves, we have to be curious about WHY we’re making those choices and how they’re making us feel. Something as simple as tracking calories can be done with a wide range of positive and negative mindsets that we can’t really know if it’s right for someone if we don’t know what sort of headspace they’re in. In today’s episode we explore this idea around intent/headspace and how it affects our decisions and habits we engage in
