Ep 85Tune Your Frequency In Business: An Underleveraged Asset That Can Change Your Whole Trajectory, And Make Investors and Clients Say Yes

We have been taught that authority in business is earned through credentials, strategy, and relentless execution. It is. But why do women still earn less, raise less funds (2% of funding goes to women), and get overlooked, constantly?! Some say, it's about knowing how to speak to the hard facts, the KPIs, yes, but also: What's your body language, energy and frequency telling others? Is it conveying that they'd be silly if they didn't invest in you? Or is your energy telling them that you're not good enough and thus a bad investment decision. In this solo episode, Helena breaks down the one thing no one in business really talks about: how your energy helps determine your business outcomes. After nearly losing everything following her move to LA, Helena discovered that the only tool that saved her wasn't a better business plan, a better pitch, it was learning how to tune herself from the inside out (which then influenced how she tackled her work!) This episode covers the exact principles and daily practices Helena uses to lead from a place of inner authority, and why that inner authority is what high-performing women must build first — before they can be trusted with rooms, capital, and clients. You'll learn: why your inner state is your most underleveraged business asset, how to stop seeking external validation and start radiating self-created authority, and also how to spot — and protect yourself from — the spiritual gaslighting that happens in entrepreneurial circles, and a real daily practice that rewires limiting beliefs at the neurological level. This one is for the woman who is brilliant, capable, and doing the work, but still walking into rooms braced to prove herself. It's time to stop asking to be seen and start being undeniable. Ep 83“I Didn’t Know I Was an Entrepreneur". How to Pivot Your Career and Build A Brand, #83 Zemo, Founder/CEO Seemingly Virtual

If you’re at the beginning of your entrepreneurial journey and secretly wondering, “Am I even cut out for this?” then this episode is for you.In this conversation, we talk honestly about what no one prepares you for when you start building something of your own:the self-doubt, the identity confusion, the feeling that everyone else knows what they’re doing while you’re making it up as you go.Because the truth is, we all start there. We all start as imposters. We all feel inadequate before we feel capable. And most of us don’t become entrepreneurs because it was a lifelong dream, we fall into it, and then have to figure it out from there. In this episode, we unpack:How to pivot when your passion isn’t what people are willing to pay forThe emotional reality of building a brand from scratch (and why it’s normal to feel lost)How to know if entrepreneurship is actually for youThe difference between passion projects and doing free work strategicallyHow to build a reputation, a network, and momentum — especially in a city like LAWhy identity clarity matters when you pivot (and why having “two identities” confuses the market)How to expand your brand into new markets and navigate (reverse) culture shockWhat integrity looks like when doing business with friends — and what to do when it gets messyMore than anything, this conversation is here to remind you of one thing:You’re not crazy. You’re not behind. And you’re not alone in this.Entrepreneurship isn’t about having it all figured out. It’s about staying in the game long enough to learn who you are, what you don’t want, and what you’re willing to take ownership of and figure out. If you’re building, pivoting, or quietly questioning everything, this episode will meet you exactly where you are.Chapters:00:00 Introduction to Zemo and His Journey01:34 Zemo's Early Entrepreneurial Path04:04 Challenges and Realizations in Entrepreneurship08:12 Strategic Growth and Free Work12:20 Navigating Market Demands and Pivots17:06 Adapting to Industry Changes and Future Outlook21:50 Balancing Multiple Careers22:40 Navigating Identity Shifts24:36 The Importance of Clear Positioning27:08 Collaborative Culture in LA29:33 Friendship and Business37:32 Expanding Business Globally38:13 Cultural Differences in Business41:55 Conclusion and Final ThoughtsConnect with Zemo on IGFollow Seemingly Virtual on IG Connect with me:IG: https://www.instagram.com/whereboundariesdissolvepodcast?igsh=OGQ5ZDc2ODk2ZA%3D%3D&utm_source=qrTikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@helena.arjuna?_t=8oSbtTilPSQ&_r=1LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/helenasuter/ Youtube: https://youtube.com/@whereboundariesdissolvepodcast?si=g63NToOK45W1CiBI Support the show🎙If you enjoyed this episode, you can send it to a friend, DM me to chat on IG, LinkedIn or comment on YouTube or on Spotify in the podcast Q&A section! Ep 78AI gives you speed, not direction: How successful startups and fortune 500 companies leverage UX to grow their AI-powered products and outcompete others at scale, #68 w Kristina Morf UX/UI Expert + Founder/CEO UXD Lab

In this episode, Kristina Morf, Founder/CEO of UXD Lab and UX/UI Expert, and I unpack one of the most misunderstood questions in 2025: Can AI build better products than we can? The answer? It depends—on you.We explore the truth behind what Fortune 500 companies and successful startups are getting right about how to integrate UX with AI, and why the real differentiator is still something only humans bring to the table: judgment, emotional intelligence, user empathy, and the ability to integrate the customer's voice into your product's vision. From Siemens' AI-powered platform and successfully leveraging UX to bring it to market, to AI tools for UX + UI in product development, we talk about why "an app is not a goal", what the rise of no-code means for your product team, and how to avoid building a feature no one wants—faster than ever before. If you’re a founder, product leader, or UX strategist wondering how to stay ahead without losing your soul in the process—this one’s for you.4 Takeaways:AI gives you speed—but only you can steer. → In a world of instant output, your judgment is key.UX uncovers edge cases, let that be your edge.→ The outliers in your data aren't distractions. They're where breakthrough differentiation begins.User data and AI are not enemies—they're symbiotic. → UX is no longer a “nice to have.” It's the strategy that turns insights into product advantage. You don’t need to code from scratch. Ep 62#51 Triggered? How to stay open, connected to your intuition and self-regulate by spending time in your feminine energy. A moment to yourself

We want to do work smarter, but how can we, if we’re stuck in a hamster wheel going 120mph? We need to spend more time with our feminine energy—sitting with ourselves, getting to know what's happening inside, shedding light on our triggers that are influencing our subconscious mind and our decision making. Your triggers are a gift: To know, sit and reflect on your triggers makes you more intentional, connected with your intuition, and it gives you your energy and time back. I share a journaling prompt that helps me, because we're being invited, as a collective, to learn to self-regulate, regenerate, and be aware of when we're disconnecting by spending more time with our feminine energy.Chapters:01:10 Understanding and Embracing Triggers01:33 Analogy of Therapy and Triggers: A Messy Closet03:07 Creating Space by Addressing Triggers04:01 The Pebbles in Our Way: Offloading Stress06:05 The Importance of Slowing Down, A Very Feminine Trait06:42 Journaling: A Tool for Emotional Clarity08:42 Emotions: Fear vs. Intuition09:32 Shedding Light on Our Trigger Strengthens The Power of Intimacy and Collaboration10:18 Final Thoughts Connect with me:IG: https://www.instagram.com/whereboundariesdissolvepodcast?igsh=OGQ5ZDc2ODk2ZA%3D%3D&utm_source=qrTikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@helena.arjuna?_t=8oSbtTilPSQ&_r=1LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/helenasuter/ Youtube: https://youtube.com/@whereboundariesdissolvepodcast?si=g63NToOK45W1CiBI Support the show🎙If you enjoyed this episode, you can send it to a friend, DM me to chat on IG, LinkedIn or comment on YouTube or on Spotify in the podcast Q&A section! Ep 59#49 How To Be More Creative, Inspired, & Find Purpose In EVERY Moment | Romanticize Your Life & Work

You lack inspiration and creativity, and you secretly feel like you don't fit in at work and could do "more with your life"? You want to lead a more fulfilled life and attract better opportunities, but you lack motivation or energy? Then this is for you. *disclaimer: This is not your typical “romanticizing your life” message as you may know from IG or TikTok. It’s time we take this concept to the next level. My POV will awaken what’s been lying dormant inside of you—so that you FALL IN LOVE with life and work again. Because that’s what romanticizing life is: MAKING it beautiful, LOVING it, FEELING EMPOWERED by HOW you live it! And that means being inspired, creative, and connected to purpose even when you're in a toxic workplace or don't enjoy the task at hand. Let your work be a manifestation of your truest self. 🫶🏼 Chapters: 00:00 Unlocking Creativity and Purpose in Every Aspect of Life 01:02 Welcome to the Podcast: A Space for Healing & Authenticity 04:40 The Real Power Of Romanticizing Your Life & Work 10:04 Navigating Challenges Working With 50+ White Men By Leveraging Your Uniqueness 14:00 What sets you Apart is Your Asset 17:45 Stop Hiding: Those Are Your Assets 20:49 Embracing Your Uniqueness & Overcoming Shame: Healing From Body Shame To Strengthen My Mind 21:32 The Empowered Mindset In Dealing With Rejection 22:20 Transforming Perception: From Shame to Strength 23:01 Living “Fully & Whole” 23:22 Dealing With Fear: You’re Never Alone, Find Partners 24:17 Starting Small: The Key to Feeling fulfilled Quickly 25:40 Making Networking & New Experiences Exciting 28:40 Some Discipline and some Strategy Go A Long Way 29:05 Navigating Workplace Politics & Change 32:07 Transforming Uninspiring Situations into Opportunities—Elevating Your Energy 39:26 You Are The Source Connect with me:IG: https://www.instagram.com/whereboundariesdissolvepodcast?igsh=OGQ5ZDc2ODk2ZA%3D%3D&utm_source=qrTikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@helena.arjuna?_t=8oSbtTilPSQ&_r=1LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/helenasuter/ Youtube: https://youtube.com/@whereboundariesdissolvepodcast?si=g63NToOK45W1CiBI Support the show🎙If you enjoyed this episode, you can send it to a friend, DM me to chat on IG, LinkedIn or comment on YouTube or on Spotify in the podcast Q&A section! Ep 58#48 A Moment To Yourself: Celebrating The Important Milestones That Create Your Life.

I used to tell people that my biggest fear was waking up at the age 40 and realizing that I hadn't been living life for myself. That I'd somehow been chasing the wrong things, living in everybody's opinions at work and disconnected from my own desires. We get so stressed out at work trying to be the most for everybody. I don't think we take enough time to be "selfish" and just connect to ourselves. I've come up with a new format on here to take a moment and connect to ourselves. It's a work in progress, I already have a few new ideas on what to incorporate next time. I'm very excited, because it feels like I can connect more intimately with you this way. Shoot me a message if you have any topics you'd like me to do a soundbite on to help you feel connected, grounded, reflected and ready to go out and be passionate about life again. Ep 57#47 How To Build Real Self-Confidence & Trust in Yourself on Your Path to Finding Your Purpose

I manifested my move to LA— I thought I'd figured out the energetic space to live from to manifest my purpose & dream career. Reality hit harder than I thought. My confidence took a massive hit. I'm learning that confidence leads to uncertainty, but that's the point. If that's true, how can we trust ourselves and feel confident when we're anxious? How can we slow down and take care of ourselves to see uncertainty as a place of infinite possibility instead of living from a place of fear and scarcity? Key elements I dig into:1. Flexible Mindset: Self-confidence fluctuates. Stay open minded and be compassionate with yourself. 2. Self-Care: Extreme “performance” requires extreme self-care—nutrition, physical, and emotional well-being—they all influence our confidence. 3. Slow Down: Are you leading from a place of ego and need for validation? Confidence stays when we’re mindful, present, and grounded in who we are. 4. Connection: Where are you making decisions from? What’s your intention? Are you trying to impress or are you respecting yourself, your thoughts, your mind? 5. Awareness: Being aware of our emotions, energy levels, and cycles can help us make decisions aligned with our personal flow & rhythm. Chapters: 00:14 The Journey to Confidence and Purpose 00:41 Manifesting a New Life: The Move to LA 02:20 Facing Challenges and Rediscovering Confidence 03:57 Preserving Self-Confidence Amidst Doubt 05:16 Confidence is Dynamic: The day you find it, is the day you’ll lose it. 6:45 We don’t always have the best mindset, and that’s ok 07:03 The Role of Quality Food and People & Confidence 11:04 Connecting to Yourself for Real Confidence 13:07 Slowing Down to Connect and Gain Confidence 16:02 Managing Your Energy and Emotions 23:25 Aligning Work with Nature’s Cycles 25:30 Conclusion Subscribe for more! Ep 56#46 Live your best life NOW, stay energized & find success with David Ulrich, Ph. D.

Feeling stuck or lacking the drive to make this year the best of your life? This is for you: My guest David Ulrich breaks down the secrets to success and staying energized in a world full of uncertainty. David was ranked #1 management guru by Business Week, profiled by Fast Company as one of the world’s top 10 creative people in business, a top 5 coach in Forbes, and is recognized on Thinkers50 as one of the world’s leading business thinkers. Whether you're aiming to skyrocket your career, level up your business, or simply upgrade yourself and your life, we've got your back. From aligning your values with your hustle, accelerating personal growth or growing your business, David's insight will reignite that fire within you! 🔥 It's time to step out of survival mode and thrive!❤️‍🩹✨Key lessons to live your best life, stay energized & find success: In a world full of uncertainty, focus on certainty New age leaders focus less on what they want to say, and more on how they make others feel. Self-actualization in isolation was selfish to begin with. The future is NOT a linear progression from the past: There's no guarantee that your health or income will keep getting better. The mindset for a better future: "When you live in the past you're depressed, when you live in the future you're anxious. The only way to improve is by staying PRESENT by being curious and learning." You learn by leading a life of experimentation. Your business' culture should focus on: "What do we want to be known for by our best customers?" Ep 55#45 From Winning Championships To Having Millions of Followers, Jack Jerry’s Reinvention Story.

Key lessons on reinvention from our conversation:The worst moment in your life, can also be your best: You can use devastating times to build necessary momentum for change to create opportunities. Adversity can lead to new paths and self-discovery.Experimentation over comfort: If you never try, you will never know what works for you. The key for high-performers lies in setting realistic expectations, and embracing self-love unconditionally amid imperfection.Confidence despite fear of failure: Your people-pleasing tendencies push you towards perfectionism and hinder you from trying. True confidence lies in owning your uniqueness, celebrating small wins, turn comparison into motivation, and giving yourself grace when you fail. External validation wasn't sustainable to begin with.Authentic is strong: Being a successful content creator or a successful model and actor in the competitive market of LA requires standing out. You can't stand out if you're a carbon copy of everyone else and trying to fit in. Dare to be different.Happiness is on the Other Side of Fear of Failure: Facing your fears is like finding the keys to doors that lead you into rooms you never thought existed. Reframe your relationship to discomfort and your whole life will change.Chapters & Timestamps:04:24 Feeling Lost, Hopeless & Healing 05:07 How To Reinvent Yourself & Choose Your Own Path 08:00 The Problem With Imposter Syndrome & Needing Validation 11:15 Navigating the Challenges of Moving to LA & Starting Over 13:06 People Pleasing Vs.
