Amélie isn't your regular leader: She believes in building a resilient organization by ensuring decisions are owned by all. She relies on circular processes and dialogue for organizational agility and connection. She expands her role from predicting and controlling to also sensing and responding. This approach requires an evolved way of viewing the business world. Amelie was the Academic Director, Center for Health, Well-Being & Happiness. Today she leads the Siemens Solution and Service Business in Paris and to me is the perfect role model of leadership merged with mindfulness.
