#11 Fit for Purpose Workspaces, A New Work Story

Nik, Head of HR for Siemens in Spain and Portugal, is a humble, considerate and reflected person. We discuss his experiences developing fit for purpose workspaces. He discusses why involving people into the process of defining what this means to your company is key. We also talk about COVID19, how it's influenced our life, and we exchange on remote working.

Show Notes

My Key Learnings

#1 There's no conceptual blueprint of “fit for purpose workplaces” and it's a constant work in progress.

#2 New work is about bringing out the best in people by considering their needs and engaging with them to understand them.

#3 Considering needs requires being vulnerable: Feeling ok with not having all  answers and having the courage or confidence to reach out to your people to find them.
