Without a doubt, Spotfire is a widely used solution in the O&G Industry…but that wasn’t always the case. How did it become so popular? Rock Gnatovich (Probably the best name to ever come on this or ANY podcast) joins the guys to detail the backstory of Spotfire, dating back over 20 years ago to the Year 2000. Tim couldn’t help but drag Rock into the mud and discuss the epic corporate meetings from the early days, including a tale of how Spotfire got banned from the largest hotel in New Hampshire. As is common when two New Englanders start chatting – the topic turned to The Pats and Bill Belichick (A Wesleyan classmate of Rock’s)…Rock confirmed that What you see is what you get with Bill, even back in college.
