It's the "go home" show for the Great American Bash. This episode of World Championship Wrestling originally aired three days before the first of the events: Veterans Stadium, in Philadelphia.
However, on this show, David Crockett sits down with Dusty Rhodes and Magnum T.A. and discusses what "America" means to them. In action, the NWA Tag Team Champions , the Midnight Express defeat Sam Houston and George South in a pretty good, but quick tag match.
National Champion Tully Blanchard is in action as well. And Road Warrior Hawk prepares to do battle with Ric Flair as the two will meet in Philadelphia to kick off the Bash.
Not the greatest of "go home" shows, but we will hear from Shaska Whatley, and that, in itself, is worth the listen.
