Today on What Got You There Sean talks with Dr. Fergus Connolly who was the recent Performance Director for the University of Michigan Football program. Prior to joining UM, Connolly spent two seasons with the San Francisco 49ers as (the) Director of Elite Performance. He has also worked as a performance consultant for the Jacksonville Jaguars, Cleveland Browns, New York Knicks, and multiple English Premier League, Australian Rules, and professional rugby teams. Dr. Connolly and Sean talk all about human performance and understanding more of what it takes to be an elite level athlete.
