Fall is underway, the leaves are beginning to change color, and we're still in Afghanistan after 17 years. With a low unemployment rate (usual caveats apply), go figure that the Army is having a hard time meeting its recruiting and retention goals. However, with an enormous budget to spend on basically any and all dumb technology, there might be a solution around the corner: drones you can control with your brain.
