Join Pastor Stuart as we begin our new series, Walk This Way, about following Jesus.
In our first lesson, we turn to the Apostle John's first letter 2:3-6 to examine . . . "Walking as Jesus Walked".
In this lesson, we learn:
- Jesus is not only the Savior we are to trust; he is the model we are to emulate.
- This is what it means to “follow Jesus” . . . learning from him and then reflecting him in our actions, attitudes, and words.
- Reflecting Jesus is not the condition for knowing him; it is the result of knowing and abiding in him.
- So, by the work of the Spirit, let’s grow in reflecting more and more of Jesus.
