It was a clean sweep for progressives and their propositions, with Zohran Mamdani winning New York City's mayoral race and ushering in a new era of Democratic/Socialist/Communist/Marxist ideas. As democrats celebrate, problems (predictably) pop up in several voting locales. California passes Prop 50 and the gerrymandering olympics will now commence. The soft news media try not to celebrate democrat wins in Virginia, New Jersey and New York as they help the party over the finish line. Hakeem Jeffries auditions for the new progressives.
