The writing looks to be on the wall. The latest intention by government, to incentivise businesses and encourage GPs to use interventions that avoid sick notes (GPs) and keep people well (Employers) is a good thing. For those already investing in illness prevention amongst their work crew, it couldn't be better (bring on the tax break). Is this also a preliminary to an election mandate to legislate for tailored wellbeing programmes for employees? The guess of the host of this podcast, is yes.
