Show Notes
Innocuous dried cranberries or fat-free dressings on that gargantuan restaurant salad can have more sugar than most items on their dessert menu! It's so sad, because most people think they're "ordering the right thing" ordering a salad. In this podcast, I'll talk about how even so-called healthy ingredients and toppings can turn your salad into a high-sugar impact (read: fat-storing) disaster. Some of these you know. Anything "glazed" is a big red flag. Others aren't so obvious, and I'll call out some major offenders here. Not to worry: I'll tell you how to effortlessly turn your salad into a low-sugar impact, fat-blasting, crave-busting meal whether you're eating out or serving a family dinner.
