Emptiness & Unity
When eastern religions talk about emptiness and no-self, we may get the impression these teachings claim that nothing at all exists, but that would be to miss the entire point. Emptiness refers to nothing existing as a separate entity, neither phenomena nor persons. The distinction is subtle, but essential to a recognition of Unity
